Alya Skin Pink Clay Mask Sara Rozalina

I’ve had my eye on Alya Skin for a while now. When I got a chance to review their products, I was so excited. The Australian skincare brand, are exclusively available in Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada.

Alya Skin is famous for using natural ingredients that are healthy for the skin. I love that their packaging is all pink and has a super feminine look. I received four products from them, each having a fresh feel. Check out the details of all four.

Foaming Micellar Cleanser

The best thing about this micellar cleanser is that it contains witch hazel. Witch Hazel is a great toner, and can calm inflammation and shrink pores. For me, it didn’t work as a heavy-duty cleanser. I had to cleanse my face with my regular cleanser, then I used this afterwards. But I did like the fact, that it was more of a “cleansing toner” combination. I like that is has some nice essential oils like rose oil and watermelon seed oil.

Pink Perfect Clay Mask

I love the clay mask. It looks pink and the brush that came with it is amazingly soft. This clay mask contains the Australian Kaolin clay, and is combined with witch hazel and aloe vera. Kaolin clay helps draw out impurities from the skin and make it really soft. My face looked really clean after usage. It has a nice consistency and using it was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.

Vitamin C Supercharged Serum

This is an interesting Vitamin C serum because it mainly uses plants that contain Vitamin C, instead of the typical ascorbic acid. The Vitamin C sources in this product are Kakadu Plum, Desert Lime, Finger lime Caviar and Lilly Pilly, all native to Australia. This product also contains a small amount of hyaluronic acid and vitamin E. I like that the texture isn’t sticky and blends in nicely onto the skin.

Pink Pearl Illuminating Eye Cream

I believe this is my favorite product from the four that I received. This eye cream, really made my dark circles around my eyes less noticeable the next day. It boosts tired-looking eyes with a nice dose of caffeine which is a great antioxidant. It contains a little bit of Vitamin C, and the moisturizing squalene. It has some nice essential oils packed into it, to create a refreshingly cool feeling on your eyes when you put it on.

If you haven’t tried Alya Skin yet, they are definitely worth a try, because of the key natural ingredients that they use. Have fun discovering! ||
